Let’s face it, death isn’t hard on the one who has died, it is hard on those that are still here! We love them and we certainly don’t want to add to their pain. Sadness, grief and loneliness are very hard yet, normal emotions and are part of the healing process.

Think about how much information you keep in your technology. It’s fantastic to know we have all this information at our fingertips, but it’s incredibly scary to realize that if something were to happen to you, all of this information would be lost unless access to it is shared with SOMEONE!

I think it’s time we get comfortable and accept the fact that, yes, we are ALL going to die. Why not take the time to have conversations with your loved ones about what you want. Give them some direction. If you find it uncomfortable to talk about, at least record your wishes and leave it for them.
